Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, brown the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the white wine when the onion and garlic started to brown. Simmer over low-Middle heat until the wine has reduced slightly.
Step 2
Add the flour by whisking at the same time, then the milk. Lower the heat to low and stir constantly until the sauce is creamy.
Step 3
Add the fish seasoning, the chicken -concentrated broth, salt and pepper. Brass and simmer for 1 or 2 minutes again.
Step 4
For a thicker pizza sauce, in a small bowl, dilute the cornstarch with 2 tsp. with white wine table. Add this mixture to the sauce, in small doses, until the sauce has the desired consistency for a pizza.

The recipe gives enough sauce for a 12 -inch pizza.
