Step 1

In another bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients except the milk and mix them using a spoon. Add the beet to the liquid mixture.

Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula or a fork. Add the milk until the desired consistency is obtained. Add milk if necessary.
Step 5
Put in muffin molds using two spoons. Fill the molds 2/3 to let them swell. Cook at 375 ° F for 20 min or until the muffins are cooked.
