Step 1
Preheat the barbecue to the maximum
Step 2
Mix together the tomato paste, barbecue sauce and dried tomato pesto.
Step 3
Cut the pepper and onion into thin straps. Cut the pork fillet into small dice. Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Brown and roll the dough to the desired size. Place the dough on the barbecue grid for one to two minutes. Remove barbecue. Garnish the cooked side of the sauce, pork, vegetables and cheese then pepper.
Step 5
Lower the barbecue fire to a minimum and place the pizza on the gate. Close the cover for cooking and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Let cool for five minutes before serving.
