Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, pour the flour and olive oil. Mix by hand or with a kneader robot (equipped with a hook). In a small bowl apart, dilute the yeast with the sugar and a little lukewarm water. Pour the mixture over the flour then mix the whole until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then add the salt and continue to knead until complete absorption and continue until the latter becomes smooth!
Step 2
Form a beautiful ball, flour it well and then place it in a container. Cover it well with a clean cloth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 430 Ā° F.
Step 4
Prepare your garnish.
Step 5
Spread the dough on a floured plane then put it in the dish of your choice (round or rectangle). Garnish the pizza dough according to your desires. Bake at 430 Ā° F for 10-15 minutes (to be monitored according to your oven and the thickness of the pizza).

If you have a little time in front of you, prepare your dough the day before then put it in a well -closed airtight box and put it in the refrigerator overnight, it will be better!
