Strawberry and white chocolate muffins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Butter the muffin molds or put medium muffin papers.

Step 2

Sift the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the strawberries and chocolate chips.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients to obtain a homogeneous texture.

Step 4

Fill the molds into equal portions. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes in the center of the oven. Cool before unmolding.
